Terms

The agreement between STRMLY and the people who work with us. Last updated 19 August 2026.

Who we are

STRMLY is a clipping agency. Clients pay us to get their video content watched. Creators, who we call clippers, post clips of that content from their own social accounts and are paid for the views those clips earn.

If you are a clipper

1. Applying. Anyone can apply. We review applications by hand and we do not have to accept one. If we turn you down you can apply again later.
2. Your pages are yours. You post from accounts you own and control. You tell us which ones, and we check them before any money is paid on them.
3. What you post. Clips we supply for a campaign, or your own edit made from that same client's supplied material. Nothing else belongs on a campaign. See content and copyright.
4. What you earn. A fixed rate per 1,000 views, set per campaign and shown to you before you join. A clip starts earning once it passes 1,000 views and stops earning above 500,000 views. You may post up to 5 clips a day per campaign.
5. How views are counted. We measure views ourselves from the platform. A number you report to us is treated as a note for a person to check, and never decides what you are paid. This protects you as much as us: nobody can be paid on a figure they typed.
6. When you are paid. Weekly. The week runs Monday 5pm to Monday 5pm, Indian time, and we pay to the UPI ID on your account. You are paid for views gained in that week, so one clip can pay you across several weeks as it grows.
7. When payment is held. A clip posted from a page nobody has checked yet, or a page two people both claim, is held out of that week's payout and paid in full on the next one once it is sorted. Nothing is lost by waiting.
8. Views that were not earned. If a clip's views look bought or automated, we hold it and a person looks at it. Clips we confirm were not genuine are not paid. Repeatedly submitting them ends the relationship.
9. Leaving. You can stop at any time. Tell us, and we pay what you are owed.

If you are a client

1. You supply the content and confirm that you own it or have the right to distribute it, and you authorise us and the creators on your campaign to cut, edit and post it.
2. We agree a rate per 1,000 views before the campaign opens.
3. You are billed on measured views only. Views we judge to be bought or automated are not billed to you.
4. You get a live report showing clips posted, views delivered and budget used. The report link is private to you.
5. You can pause or end a campaign. Work already delivered is still payable.

What we ask of everybody

• Do not buy views, likes or followers, or use bots or automation on clips you post for us.
• Do not post a client's content anywhere it was not authorised.
• Do not use one person's account, page or UPI details to collect another person's earnings. One person, one account.
• Do not misrepresent a clip's performance to us.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. If we owe you money at that point, we still pay it, unless it was earned by the conduct that closed the account.

Your information

What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy, and you can remove it at any time following deleting your data.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise a clip will perform, that a campaign will be available to you, or that the platforms we post to will keep working the way they do today. We run the service with reasonable care, and we are responsible for paying you correctly for measured views. We are not responsible for a platform removing your post or restricting your account for reasons outside our control, though we will help where we can.

Changes

If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Changes are not retroactive: work already done is settled under the terms in place when it was done.
